The Real Deal On TLC
For fans of Flip This House on A&E when the Trademark team was on it the first season you may want to watch The Real Deal on TLC tonight. Their back on a new show.
Just an FYI

$78K a week is good cake, I could have a heart attack every other week with change left over for my beneficiaries. I think that I'll keep plowing my own little furrow.

Re: The Real Deal On TLC
Yea, you always have to question what they really sell the house for and how they get away with paying contractors as little as they do but either way it's impressive.

Re: The Real Deal On TLC
Yeh I love the way they bet those trades down to a dime for a dollars worth of work.
It is good fun watching then do it though..... nobody craftier to work for then a fellow salesmen on a mission......
