No problem... I'm recording it now but will watch later. I hope it's as good as teh first season of flip this house. I really enjoyed that show.

$78K a week is good cake, I could have a heart attack every other week with change left over for my beneficiaries. I think that I'll keep plowing my own little furrow.

Yea, you always have to question what they really sell the house for and how they get away with paying contractors as little as they do but either way it's impressive.

Yeh I love the way they bet those trades down to a dime for a dollars worth of work.
It is good fun watching then do it though.....nobody craftier to work for then a fellow salesmen on a mission......
