Pneumonia?

Don't know what the helll kind of bug I've picked up. Anyone ever had pneumonia? What's it like?
I'm usually pretty healthy but man I feel so bad tonight it woke me up. Last Wednesday I thought I had a touch of the flu. Then I got a terrible pain in my right side - went right thru me from chest to shoulder. Thought it was a muscle pain 'cause it hurt to move. I laid on a heating pad for two hours and started getting gurgling sounds in my chest. The pain went away late Thursday. Hot/cold flashes through Friday. Started to feel better Saturday but went out Saturday night and started to get a sore throat and fever. Sunday chest congestion started along with continued sore throat. Monday coughing and worsening throat. Went up to store at 10 pm Monday to pick-up OTC meds and broke out in a sweat. Woke up 20 minutes ago - throat on fire and cough like I've never had. I hate going to see the doctor - don't think I can avoid it this time.

I have seen some harsh stuff hit alot of people recently.
Get to the doctor before it gets worse or hangs on for a long time, because it will.
