It's a hell of a project.

16x39 of the back of the existing structure was over a crawl space.....(notice was?)

I supported the rear of the structure on post and beam, dug it out with a cat, then set it down on a full basement. The addition is on a full basement also.

Doesn't look like it but the addition is 24x20.

New Roof, New siding, two new bathrooms as well as reconfigured existing roof to allow a loft of 585 sqft.

Total additional just short of 2000 sqft.

I built next too, benieth as well as on top of.
