This Is Pathetic

http://101squadron.com/2006/12/units-matter.html

This guy was quoted .002 cents per Kb and billed .002 dollars per Kb. He recorded the call to Verizon wherein he attempts to explain the difference. My head would have exploded after the first supervisor came on the line, much less the second.

That guy has the patience of a saint! I think I would have been questioning my own sanity after 10 minutes.

Apparently his blog is getting major traffic. He just posted this yesterday, it's all over the place now. The head office of Verizon is going to have one HELL of a Monday morning when they get into work.

Verizon already responded and refunded him the whole amount....they didn't want this getting too far out of the bag.

I have been having problems listening to videos or audio (from websites)... for some reason...

Do I need to download something?
