well I will admit to a resemblance , I had not seen a picture of Goober in about 20 years. From memory I was thinking he looked more like a caricature of himself.

I knew this would degenerate into something like this. I should've respected the law of nature and kept my mouth shut. How could I hope that a bunch of guys on my internet would truly understand this sport.

You can get Texas BBQ up there too, just check out www.saltlickbbq.com

It has been my life from birth, it is the main topic of conversation with my family, it is all I know!

Lets just put it this way sneaking up on rabbits and slitting their throats was not exactly the most challenging thing in the world, so began my life long love of knifing bears. Now if it doesn't seem sporting to sneak up on a sleeping bear to slit its throat, trust me it becomes sporting real quickly.

HOLY SHI!T...
You are CRAZY.. but most big game hunters are... I'm guessing you are friends with Ted Nuggent???

Wouldn't the last part cover about 1/4 of LA?
We need clues to figure it out!

Re: Our Other Skills – Let’s Brag A Bit

I was a hunter of sorts in a previous life as well. Every day I would get up early, go to the big green field, and sneak up on the little white ball and hammer the ***** out of it. Not too often, though, as that's not good. Less is more, as they say. Sometimes I'd hit it only 70 odd times, once I hit it 69. Now I don't do it too much, but when I do I'm a wild man and smack it like 85 times. Old age sucks.
