You didn't PM me about this venture!
I'd flip off the radio too just for the silence. I'm envious. If you like toothy critters, we have plenty here. Alligators to sharks, all big and fun to catch.

Re: One Week Til Canada!!!
GoDart, you think you come to Canada and the radio stations are french??? You're coming to Ontario, the most awsome fishing and tune your radio to any station and it will be some of the best rock you've heard (lots of classic rock mostly from bands originating from the states). If you were visiting Quebec you might have to deal with the French thing, trust me, for 99% of us, North American English is our language. You'll be so busy reeling in great big Walleye (and if you're lucky a great big Northern Pike or Musky - they're fun)... You won't care if your radio is on

Re: One Week Til Canada!!!
Have a blast!!! I go every year to northern Maine...just me and the dog (as in dog). I was so remote last year I couldn't pick up ANY radio stations and had to travel down the mountain 2.5 hours just to make a cell call. Spent 17 days there. Really gives you a chance to deflate.
Enjoy!!
