"Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree....."

I'm surprised no one else has posted ice storm pics. It really hit hard in Mass. and NH. We got clobbered as well in S. Maine. We have no power, running of generator right now. Don't know when it's coming back on.

Here's my truck first thing in the morning. Birch trees are wimpy. They have a large branch system but no power to resist weight.

One for Time Magazine

Road to our house. Nothin' fancy. See the pole on the right, the little one? That's been our pole for decades. They just replaced it a few months ago. It is the gnarliest pole I've ever seen.

Our gravel pit. All those low bushes are actually birch trees. They are all down. They will probably retain that shape for the most part. Have to cut them down. Junk trees anyway.

Here's what my street looks like today. (That's my poor apple tree to the right with the decorations on it) After that, the giant Maple trees across the street, and then my Neighbors Tulip tree coming apart!

Beautiful day out!

I think I can get some nice shots of the Mountains today. Me and my youngest boy are going to hike up to the top of an old quarry around the corner from us and see what we can see.

Be back soon with some more pic's

Great pics! Hope the damage is light.
No ice in Los Angeles so far this winter except the chunks floating in my vodka every night.
Take care out there!

Guess it's time to follow up on some indoor work and of course some indoor sport activities...what a winter wonderland you both have back there.

Went for a walk and a drive. Nothing devastating though NH and MA declared state of emergencies. What wussies

Nice pic's framerman The whole outside looks like a Christmas display around here. Glad you took some close up's. It's probably hard to know what your looking at from a distance unless you live here.

I love New England!
