Keep up the goals man, you've got my respect...
Thanks man! Yeah going big can be hard on ya. I only do it about twice a year. Other than that its reps for me. I would like to keep my joints intact.

Re: New Year's Resolution?

We decided to quite smoking. She has the problem of stopping cold turkey, so we made a schedule. First week of the new year, 4 smokes a day. Next week 3 smokes a day. Next week 2 smokes a day. Next week 1 smoke a day. After that, it's done! We're set on making it work as we both really hate smoking & none of our friends or work partners are smokers. I've been eating a heck of alot though. Weighing 145 it might be a good thing?

Re: New Year's Resolution?

Sober January. I always have a couple beers a night, sometimes 3 -not bad really but I want to feel what it's like for a month and already I feel a lot more energy.

Know my numbers better - I already did a thorough Profit and Loss Standard and I made an appointment to go over it with an accountant.

Get health coverage. Already got the application in process for this month.

Be a more understanding person - don't get so easily ticked off at my loved ones.

Keep the juice drinking out of my life..I dug it far too much!
Continue yet another year of macrobiotics..much better thing to like!
Continue to practice sitting (meditation). Think its easy? Try it for five minutes!!
Continue to grow healthy...continue to grow~
Be well
Namaste
