I'd prefer to only make sites for cabinet, painting, finishing, or other woodworking related comapnies. But, depending on the type of business you have I may be OK with it.

You're asking "Why is he offering this for free? What does he want in exchange?"
Not much, just a small link at the bottom of your site like the ones found on the bottom of this site.

Of course you will need to buy your own domain name and hosting, I'm not going to pay for that part.
Domains are like $8 a year and you can get web hosting for a few bucks per month.

What are all the activeX scripts you have running on the sites? Also, none of your sites will load for me, I just get blank pages. Even the sites in your sig.

Well, here are a few of my current and past sites. Some of these have been sold, some I still own.

I only do HTML. I don't know php or any other type of coding work. I can make small edits to php pages, but that's all.

Basically, you send me anything you want on your website(pictures, articles, tutorials, whatever) then I will add it all to your site. Then I will give you a URL where you can look for a design you like, has a couple thousand to choose from.
Then either you can buy a domain and hosting, or I will host it for free and give you a subdomain off the jwp site.

This is just another way for me to get backlinks from targeted niches. Backlinks are what the search engines use to decide how to rank a site in their search results. I mean, there are many many factors, but backlinks are the biggest factor.

SEO/SEM is really my thing, not web design. But I am good enough to get a template customized and looking good. The website in my sig was made by me. I took a template and customized it to fit my needs.

As I mentioned in another post, I am currently working on the search term "cabinets" in Google. As of now, our site is #7 for that term. We are listed with the big boys for that term (omega, decora, kraftmaid, etc.) "Cabinets" is the second most searched term of my niche, the first is "kitchen cabinets" and I will be gunning for that term after I hit top 3 results for "cabinets". I should be at the #5 spot for "cabinets" by the end of the week according to the Google data center checking tool. You can see what I mean here: http://www.mcdar.net/dance/index.php?query=cabinets
It will show you results on 1000's of Google data centers for a specified term. Most all the DC's I am at number 5.

He has some kind of weird scripts running on them, dunno whats up. Hope he didnt get hacked or something and the hacker uploaded some nasty activeX because I accepted the activeX to run so I could see his site.

I personally love IE7. I know it's not the "in thing" to say. But I really do like it. I happen to hate firefox. I use Opera as my backup browser if I can't or don't want to use IE7
