“My Wife Is A Nut” Support Group

I just wanted to post to ask two questions and see if there is any advice or comments.

I wanted to know how many out there would be interested in joining a support group, if there was such a one, called, “My Wife is a Nut,” or if anyone had a personal stories that they can share where they may have at one time wanted to join such a group and for whatever reason they do not need to anymore. Particularly, stories about not needing to join such a group because they are now happily married to the same wife who is, “in a better place,” would be good.

Also, would anyone be interested in joining such a support group if it applies now?

The question comes up because my wife’s cousin is married to the greatest guy, who loves his kids, is devoted to his wife and family, works hard to support them, and whenever we are together he says only great things about how much he loves them; but no matter what he does she has some severe personal demons, that causes his life to be very, very hard.

Thanks.

A confession on your part?????

Hard-core right-wing wife? Driving you nuts? A bit on the "neurotic side"? Nothing is ever "good enough"? Changes her mind as the wind blows?

Yes. You need just as much advice because girlfriends turn into wives.

Malco, does your post mean that you want to join?

Only if you have kids with her and live with her!

As for me; I can't join the club, I'm a lucky one. Had a psycho, live in girlfriend for a while. It just showed me the things I didn't want in a marriage

Sure! Why not? I have had enough live-ins to know what it is like to be married to a Psychotic-Neurotic-Demeaning-Sex Machine.

My wife was already a nut before we got married, so I pretty much knew what I was getting into.

Ol'#1 was pretty stable and I still miss her. Ol'#2 is a real piece of work with all kinds of baggage.

I'm in!

Re: “My Wife Is A Nut” Support Group

Psycho-Chicks are often great in bed
Then one day you wake up with your testicles super-glued to your thigh
Sometimes that makes you stop and think about it a bit
Well...you pretty much have time in the ER waiting room to think about it
...and each and every time you explain it to a tech, nurse, or doctor
Because you will...explain it to each and every person in scrubs or a smock in the building...
That kinda helps put some perspective on it

Most of us will put up with the ashtrays flying at our head if the nookie is worth it...
(*great nookie can pretty much mean decent nookie ...but all the time)

My wife is cool it's her family that is a little strange.

She gets me a ton of roofs so she's sticking around. No kids just three dogs and two cats, married 6 years.
