Lower Back Pain ??? Here's What Works For Me

1.) Remove your office chair from in front of your computer desk
2.) Replace it with the 75 cm. version of this ball.
3.) Enjoy

I know, it sounds stupid, absurd, nonsense, etc. BUT I haven't had any of my normal twice-yearly lower back hassles in OVER 2 YEARS. Laugh at me, that's fine. But the next time you have trouble getting out of the bed, or into your truck, remember this!

$11.88 at Target. It works. Let em laugh.

Regards,
Bill

BTW: male, 56, 6 ft, 200#, (extremely attractive)

Bill I read you lima charlie on the ex ball, I have one too, I find if I'm actaully doing work at my desk I'll use the ball, if just dicking around on the web I'll go back to the chair, I really want one of those massaging chairs and leg massagers from brookstones, everytime I find myself near a brookstones, I'm right in that chair, and don't want to leave
