Lockerz, earn points towards free stuff
Pretty cool, signed up and found out from another forum. No spam mail at all, check it out.
Send me a PM and I'll send you an Invite, information below.
www.lockerz.com
Lockerz About Me
Quote:
Lockerz is the place to go to buy the coolest stuff at the lowest prices, watch exclusive video, discover new music, play the hottest games, hang out with your friends - and get rewarded for just about EVERYTHING you do on the site.
Our mission is to be your daily habit, not a site for your parents or grandparents looking for their long-lost friends from Kindergarten.
One other thing you'll love about Lockerz are PTZ (or "Pointz"). PTZ are Lockerz' proprietary loyalty "currency" that you earn whenever you buy, watch, play, share, invite friends, or even just show up on Lockerz. Redeem PTZ at the PTZ Place for incredible prizes, great products and dream experiences.
Too Good to Be True? Why are we doing this? To thank you for joining early. To build a Lockerz community of cool, stylish, cutting-edge people who love to buy great brands. To give you a taste of how PTZ will work when we go live this fall. And to test out different prizes and PTZ levels. That’s key. This version of PTZ Place is a test. PTZ levels will change when the full Lockerz site launches.
Lockerz is set to launch sometime in the Fall 09. Members who sign up now will get to explore and help shape the site before the launch. We hope you'll join us.

This is quote from another forum, for some general information:
Quote:
Lockerz is funded by Liberty Media
Now corporations such as DirecTV, Nike, Paramount, etc........ they all
want real honest consumer feedback on market trends, likes and
dislikes, etc
So these companies subsidize... Lockerz with marketing money, and they
give us the ptz to earn these prizes. So when we answer the "daily
question", we're providing them market trends via our answers.
Now, a big rule is to never "remember password" when you log in, cause you get 2 ptz just for logging in dialy
You get 2 ptz for answering the daily question (1 question is posted per day).
So that's a minimum of 4 ptz a day. I say minimum because sometimes the
daily question is worth 4 ptz. So at the very least, you're earning 4
ptz a day. After 1 month, you'll have 120 ptz (30x4) and can obtain a
free video game (many to choose from across all platforms).
Now as I've explained before, they restock the prizes on the 15th of
every month. They just went global, and this last time around was a
nightmare with over 1 million people logging into the server at once. A
lot of people were mad they couldn't redeem this last time around,
including me. So Lockerz has announced they will be changing the way we
redeem prizes, to avoid the mass amount of people at once. They add new
prizes every time around, vastly building up their prize lists. You'll
want to build your ptz up as much as possible, as the bigger prizes
obviously require more ptz.
I just cash my ptz in for video games, and then sell those on eBay for cash
You can obviously keep your prizes if you so desire.
Z-List
The Z List is a special group for people whore "refer" 20 other people.
Once you refer 20 people, you get double the ptz per day. So you can
earn 8 ptz per day vs 4.
You get 2 ptz per referral as well.
I've obtained Z-list status already, so it helps me to earn ptz more quickly.
*You are allowed more than 1 account per household. JSYK
Other than that, it's an easy site to use. I've already posted the pics of my prizes I won in other threads.
The prizes are located in the "Redeem" section (green button up top)
You can see the prizes in this area.
There are 3 sections: Cool brands, Electronics, and Experiences
Cool brands contains like girl stuff: purses, cosmetics, etc
It also contains like paint ball guns, scooters, skateboards, etc
Electronics is the most popular prize area, iPods, TVs, computers, video games, etc
Experiences is mostly charitable donations and stuff
