How many of the architects and engineers you speak of have actually seen the contrary evidence? It's not public knowledge, you have to actively seek it out. So Richard Gage is unemployed and his wife left him, that makes him crazy? Many who speak out according to their beliefs face hardships like this. Many people who go with the flow face these hardships as well. The cardboard box demonstration was just an over-simplified visual aid showing how a falling mass of 16 stories should've met resistance on the way down. Charles Pegelow is entitled to his theory, but it's obviously not the opinion of the majority of the petition signers.

I should've been clearer, the buildings fell at nearly free-fall speed. Virtually no resistance was encountered.

I would expect these sections of wreckage to fall, not be thrown outwards hundreds of feet. One section weighing 270 tons was thrown 390 ft outward.

I don't know if it was a government conspiracy. It certainly looks that way, but the only thing I'm sure of is that controlled demolition brought those buildings down.

How many? very many. let me draw your attention to truth movement engineer Gregory Urich who was attempting to prove that the towers should have arrested the collapse because NIST overestimated the live and dead loads of the twin towers. Problem was that when Truther Gregory Urich refined the figures to a lower bound he found that the towers would not have arrested the collapse.

He was a petitioner by the way. He asked for his paper to be published but was told that "they weren't publishing papers anymore" when other papers were published supporting a conspiracy he sent a protest letter.

that video has nothing to do with "pancake collapse". its just addresses a refinement to a data point . which appears to be trivial.
