It's Harbour Blaster Time!
After a week of dealing with Euro crap that doesn't seem to fit together even on their own terms, I'm ready for a drink.
The Harbour Blaster comes from a small island in the Abacos, Bahamas known as Little Harbour Island. It is a well known hurricane hole for cruising sailors and sports this neat little pub made of driftwood and flotsam and jetsom. The last time that I was there, the record on this drink was 10. Remember, we're talking sailors here. The recipe is pretty simple. Fill a tall glass with ice. Add: 1/3 Coconut rum 1/3 Pineapple rum 1/3 OJ Drift a little Grenadine towards the bottom and enjoy. DO NOT SHAKE OR STIR!!!! NO STRAWS!! The layering is important. You begin drinking OJ and end up with rum shooters. The OJ is just about gone now.

Re: It's Harbour Blaster Time!
It was many years ago that I was in Bahamas but I remember liking a beer exclusive to the islands. Kaleik or something of the sort, good beer if I remember correctly, but it could be the beer talking...

Re: It's Harbour Blaster Time!
Your close, Kalik is the beer of the Bahamas. Made with authentic Bahamian water (brackish).
On Harbour Blaster #2 now. Checking out shortly.
