Got a nice call from my girlfriend while I was working yesterday. She called to tell me she had called into a local radio station (one of those 10th caller wins things) and won tickets to a private show/CD release by the new INXS tomorrow morning.

I'm sure not everyone here is a fan, but I think it's pretty cool!

as a stagehand for several years, there's lots of cool stuff to see...if you get a chance, check out the rigging for lights and sound. also check out the electrical distribution....watching a good load-in, load-out is always a hoot as the road crews are filled with colorful people. don't take small children.....

of course, no romp back stage would be complete without making a run for the dressing rooms. just act like you own the place and you'd be surprised where you'll wind up.

ps....don't over dress or smile alot...they'll know in a second you won the radio show thing...........
