I Know I'm Not The Only Deer Hunter Here. Little Eye Candy.

I've posted a few pics of the view I'll wake up to every moring, but haven't posted much from my farm itself.

Had a group of friends up yesterday helping me walk my farm in search of the elusive shed antlers. Found my all time best yesterday & it's of a buck that's been eluding me for quite some time.

I had trail cam pics of him last year, but nothing this year. Pretty proud to have at least found one side of his shed rack. Hopefully, we can get back in there before spring greenup & find the other half.

Beautiful buck....Maybe you can catch him next year.

Nice to find it before the moles and mice chew the chit out of it

That is a dandy you better put the hurt on him soon before he dies of old age! At least you know he is around for next year. Good luck .Close the deal and post pics next year with him?

That's easier said than done. A couple years ago, we had a buck running our place that would easily make Boone & Crocket lifetime book, but trail cam pics were the best we could do on him. At least I found this shed, so I'm at least ahead of the game on this booner.

Thats a nice buck Pin. I have found several sheds (nothing that nice) about this time of the year. Sometimes both antlers will be lying on the trail like they had fell off of his head at the same time. Keep looking, the other one won't be too far away.

Unless some critter has dragged it off.

Alot of guys here used to complain that there were no more big bucks to be had until the trail cams came out. Now these guys are seeing pics of these big bucks right in their back yards, kind of puts their ego's in check when they think they are this big bad hunter and they cant bag the huge back that walks up their driveway every night.

Nice looking buck, I went out last week and called in nice coyote. I'd post a pic but I don't have the minimum 15 posts yet.

a trail cam...sounds like a business expense that's able to watch the shop or truck for the sake of security. No telling what bucks are walking off with these days.

Nice rack dude!
