Just got back from an all you can chinese buffet.
I can't understand what it is that draws me there at least 6 or 10 times a year. I eat so much that I can't move for at least 16 hours. Sure it tastes amazing but the pleasure only lasts about 45 minutes until the last spoonfull of chocolate ice cream cooly slides down my esophagus. That's when I say "never again" but how can you say no to all those honey and garlic ribs and chicken balls and pork fried rice and peppered steak. The good restaurants even have waffles with whip cream and maple syrup... Ohh, somebody stop me

Chinese food and chocolate ice cream!? You guys are freaks up there north of the border! A veritable Sodom and Gomorrah I'd say. Garlic ribs and waffles with whip cream?! Man, I might move north if that kind of debauchery is the rule and not the exception.

Better yet....get some white rice from them. Once you taste the flavor of MSG on white rice, you'll taste it in every chinese dish you eat. That stuff is HORRID!!! BLECH!!

I was traveling and the guy I was with wanted to go to some sort of buffet thing- All you can possibly ram down your gullet these things are the ultimate in quantity over quality
