Yep, I make SALSA, but now you got me thinking I have to try making sauce.
Love them both.

How about a picture and a recipe?

I love salsa. Living in California you get a good variety. Hispanics call the stuff like tapatio, "Chili" and the chunky stuff salsa.

Re: Hot Sauce, What Is You Favorite

Now this is my subject... been eating peppers since I was a small puppy. My dad always had Tabasco on the table. He tricked me into eating a japaleno when I was six. I loved it. I grow and make my own sauce, I only do it about every two years. I use haberneros, jalapenoes and a bunch of other goodies of which I will not disclose. It's hot, no very hot. But has a very edible flavor. Used at the correct amount it is very tasty. I always make a pepper mash, cook it, let it cure for at least a year, then cook the ingredients together, then let it cure or age for at least six months, then oolaalah, Bad boy ready for some grub. I love it, yep, I love it. Most that have tried it want me to market it, who knows... need a good name for it.
