Re: Gettin' Hitched

So I guess you under estimated your selling skills.

I think Thailand is where ParkerFairfield just moved to. Check out his recent thread and click on the photos he linked to when he was asking about windows on a concrete building.

What made you decide on ThaiLand for a Honeymoon location?

It sounds different, yet a cool place to check out.

Thailand, the lady wanted sunny beaches, and I wanted a cheap stay.

Re: Gettin' Hitched

We spent 2 weeks in Thailand in June. That is the longest I have been out of conact from my business. My girlfriend is District Governor for the the Lion's Club. Her training session was in Thailland, followed by the international convention. Great food, really nice people. You can get cell phones that work in Thailand. But I do not think you have enough time to get one now. I got a phone card, but found I could only make it work a few times. I never did figure the time difference, about 17 hours. I called my lead tech twice and woke him in hte early AM hours. When I got back home, he had several pages of stuff for me to follow up on. I really liked his comment, " I do not know how you get anything done. I worked 50 - 60 hours each week, and spent a lot of time on the phone. I do not ever want to be responislbe for the business again!'

you will have a good time in Thailand.

Re: Gettin' Hitched

I knew it was gettin' close - congrats, man! You got somebody good taking care of your bachelor party, yes?
[Word of Advice - Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT have the bachelor party on Friday night before a Sat. wedding!!!! Can not stress this enough! Black light body paint does NOT wash right off!]

Enjoy Thailand, Forry. You've earned it...
