Free House

Here you go guys. What a deal.
I'd take it myself if I hadn't misplaced my
hammer.

Re: Free House

Yes, I like doing free demolition work, we have one in our local craigs list for a garage and he has all types of requirements, insurance, how it must be done and when.

I did work in a house in Glenview that was purchased for a dollar and moved a few blocks and set in a new foundation but that was a beautiful historic home not a house with vinyl siding.

I noticed that this guy has no insurance requirement maybe some hack will go there, get hurt and sue the cheap idiot.

Re: Free House

Great idea! I think I'll try that in the fall.

Free Compost

I have some compost that I'm giving away for free.
All you have to do is come over to my house every other
week and rake my leaves. Then take them to your house and throw them in a pile. By spring time you will have some valuable compost for mulching and gardening.
