Fooseball
Does anyone know of another team BESIDES the Denver Donkey's that have traded a probowl QB the year after he does go to the probowl?
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4031893 Good news for Chicago Fans, he had 800 more yards last year than any quarterback in your franchise history.

Re: Fooseball
Just wait for the media circus after the Broncos have a losing season. Brian Griese had a real hard time following Elway. McDaniels better lube up following Shanahan.
We "had" a top rated offense. Now we'll be lucky to beat the Lions. |

Re: Fooseball
I think the problem was with Cutler. He wanted to get traded and had been very forward about that. I respect McDaniels and Bowlen for giving him the trade. If they decided to make him stay, it would've been another T.O. or Chad Johnson situation that tears apart the entire team. A QB is only great behind a great offense. Put a good QB behind a great offense, you still have a good team. I think the biggest problem is a McDaniels stepping in after Shanahan and expecting to walk right into the big dog spot and have all the players respect you.
