Re: Feel Free To Mess With This Guy

i need a contractor for odd jobs at a rental property i have in camden(in one of the nicer parts) as well as my office in moorestown.

I'm awfully suspicious about the "one of the nicer parts" bit.

please quote me on the following:
in camden, a 2 story rowhome:
1. dishwasher removal (including capping) and closing the space with a piece of plywood

Piece of plywood huh? Classy! I guess that's how they do it in the "nicer parts" of Camden
2. there is a leak on the roof, it seems to be the firewall, part of it needs replacing
Einstein!
in marlton, a 2 story single:
1.touch up painting of windows to match building, 4 windows on top, 3 on bottom.
2. install gutters and runners (2 approx. 20 ft pieces and 2, 2 story runners
3. a little harder to quote so a ballpark will be nice: we have 3 steps and no rain awning. want to install brick steps inplace of existing ones, add rain awning, make it look historical and nice to match.

Make it look historical? Why not just leave it the way it is...that would be historical enough.

please quote complete quotes (labor+material)
thanks!

Fiddy fo da dishwasha...I'lls cap da ting fo free, plywood anoda fiddy
Fix dat roof leak ya go dere...a couple a husky bags, screwed it should fix it...two bills
Fo da paint...wadaya goin wit? Ralph lauren? 80 bucks
Gutters on the gutter and runners where dey run...How bout I poke a few more holes in yo roofs? Den they run right in...save ya a buck. Pokin' holes...fiddy.
Another bill for da brick steps,,,...holes for free.

Re: Feel Free To Mess With This Guy

I have been to Marlton and I do not remember people "hurting for money" there. Saw a lot of tree-lined, quaint Streets with above average homes.

Correct me if I am wrong.

The cheap besterds!
