Didn't forget, my internal clock takes a while, going to bed an hour later, waking up an hour earlier, probably take a few days to get adjusted.

Re: Damn Time Change

I rather enjoyed the time change. Got to work and ALL my people were there. Seems a few of them forgot and arrived early. First time for every thing.

Re: Damn Time Change

It was awesome not having to drive to work in the dark this morning. For about 6 weeks there I was leaving for work and returning home from work in the dark. Depressing.

Re: Damn Time Change

It didn't happen this year, but it seems never to fail that someone shows up an hour late and blames it on the time change.

Its more common in the Spring, but sometimes it happens in the fall.

Huh, you mean there are not six time changes in a year. That's what my employees have been telling me.

Re: Damn Time Change

Like Arizona, we don't change time here. I remember the first time we moved to AZ from PA, my mom didn't know AZ didn't change time. She turned the clock back and sent us to scholl an hour early (we walked to school in those days). We got there and no one was around so we went home and told my mom there must be no school today.

Re: Damn Time Change

What is the big deal about an hour when you have 6 months advance notice?

A contractor should know ahead of time when to show up and when deliveries will come. What if the concrete came an hour early or late or you missed a meeting with the home owner?

Many people go through many hours (1 to 12) of time changes in a day or have to deal with people in a different time zone daily.
