Looks like fun -

I would also take a lower cabin in the center of the ship close to a stairway along with a good book and my own inflatable vest (plus a few flares) in addition to the supplied vest with a back neck support.

Looks to me that he has lost power. Don't see any wake. If not then he is a horrible captain and will surely sink a boat sooner or later...

The fact that the Coast Guard is present says there there was a issue present with that vessel.

Most likely a poss of steerage or power.

The newer boats do have stabilization systems. This one is pretty small for a cruise ship. Those new Disney ships wouldn't have even noticed the waves!
