Looked like the tail rotor stopped. That'll do it.

Glad the unit didn't fall on anyone one, and the pilot wasn't hurt too bad.

I am guessing that video is 10 to 12 years old, I remember seeing it in one of our rigging classes, and that has been at least 10 years ago. The drive shaft to the tail rotor snapped, they credited the pilot for some very quick thinking and skilled flying.
