ContractorTalk Court...:thumbsup:_vs_painterjim

Well painterjim, since you are a n00b, you don’t quite understand how it works around here.
You just can’t go around executing smiles at your own free will.
There is a due process, which must be followed.
Therefore I would like to introduce myself, I’m Peladu and I represent my client--
I believe that Mr. Thumbsup is an innocent smiley, whom has been falsely accused BY YOU, painterjim, and YOU only for any malicious activities. Mr. Thumbsup has been a model citizen with high standard’s in this community, while YOU, painterjim, just waltz in here and decide to execute a well known smiley. Before calling painterjim to the stand I would like to show the ContractorTalk community the evidence that my client and I have amassed as of yet, but first keep in mind, that and I only have 13 posts to work with since this is presently painterjims post count; Let’s take a look at the following:
Exhibit A:
This is the actual crime footage. The visual, is tough and very graphic to watch.
Do not click the following link if you have a weak stomach. You were warned.
http://www.contractortalk.com/showpo...95&postcount=1
Exhibit B Parts 1 and 2:
http://www.contractortalk.com/showpo...4&postcount=10
http://www.contractortalk.com/showpo...0&postcount=21
Where, as you have just seen, is obvious that painterjim is unable to use the quote function properly, which I will prove later, he was unable to use this site properly, therefore painterjim, and painterjim alone, was the cause of alleged mishap.
Exhibit C:
http://www.contractortalk.com/showpo...2&postcount=34
Shows yet another example of the inability to quote and yet shows that painterjim is a metrosexual, universally it is known that metrosexuals do not like this particular smiley, which includes my client and all of his cousins on other BB’s. Metrosexuals, such as painterjim, are trying to rid the entire Bulletin Board community of them, one member at a time and I refuse to see that happen here.
Exhibit D:
http://www.contractortalk.com/showpo...0&postcount=45
Where as you witnessed, painterjim, has poor judgment, and it can be proven that, due to his poor judgment, painterjim picked the wrong smiley to mess with. If painterjim would have picked our French smiley--to execute, we all would not be here today.

ContractorTalk Community, allow me start with an opening statement. Fellow members as you have noticed, Mr. Thumsup is the plaintiff whom it will be proven was at no fault of the alleged mishap. What I would like to remind this community is that Mr. Thumbsup has been working here for three years, without missing a one day of work, and been displayed thousands of times without failure. Mr. Thumbsup has been here to welcome thousands and thousands of new members, yourself included, yet only one, painterjim, has ever complained about his services.
What I ask is for a complete reprieve of my client, Mr. Thumbsup, and also please find painterjim guilty of attempted smilicide. I also ask that after finding painterjim guilty, that he be sentenced to solitary confinement, which is also known as the chat room, for a period of one hour. Keep in mind, painterjim tried to kill, my client Mr. Thumbsup whom is only a three year old.

In closing, ContractorTalk Community, I have faith you will once again do what is right by finding painterjim guilty and sentencing painterjim to the chat room for 60 to 120 minutes. As a community we did the right thing with
Case number 1462---------Mr. Shaun ()__vs__member cdac
In which cdac was executed for killing Mr. Shauns dog due to a racial argument.
I hope you will come together with me, and do the right thing again…

If the defense, painterjim, would like to start his opening statement………

Your honor I think painterjim, has taken the fifth. On the grounds that he may incinerate, no inceminate, no incarcirate, oh you know what I mean.

Yes Mr. P, I will be defending myself, unlike I don't need an expensive mouth piece to prove my innocence. Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I will prove beyond a reasonable doubt here today, that I acted in self defense, and I believe that after my argument you will not only agree that had to die, but furthermore that his lawyer Mr P. should be immediately disbarred, and probably mutilated as well. First I believe Mr P to be incompetent as shown in exhibit B...part 1

I indeed used the quote function properly, this is simple a smear tactic used by Mr P.

It is also true that both big thumb and Mr P are members in good standing of International Truffle haters of America (ITHA) Exhibit A
Quote:
WTF whats the gays have to do with it ..... dude are you shot?
Notice the wording..the gays... that statement screams truffle hater.

Exhibit B:
Quote:
You know, I never saw this thread before...
Damn, maybe I did see it, and after reading the thread heading decided to leave it be since I am able to pee while standing.

But, this kind of solidifies what I joked about in another thread...
I think I have proven my point that both and his lawyer Mr P were both members of (ITHA).

It is also been found out that after speaking with Mr Ps employee Mr Leadman that Mr P is a sadist at heart I now defer to Exhibit C:"
Quote:
Mr. Poopy" (actual name not used) is throwing up in the back yard
"
Quote:
No, no, he made it to the patio and he started to ralph...we are in the backyard now, he's still kinda going, but there's no way he has anything left to come up."
Quote:
Ok funny boy, send him home, get the garden hose, wash everything away, I don't want to see or smell anything when I get there in a half hour or so."

"I don't know man, there's a lot."

"Half hour.....bye"

"Alright, bye"
Here we have telling Mr Leadman to spray off a patio that another employee puked on. BOMBASTIC I SAY!! SADIST, YOU MAKE THE CALL!! And this well it seems as if Mr P has metro sexual issues, and yet he accuses me of metro sexuality, is he merely mirroring his own identity crisis...consider Exhibit D Part 1 and 2
Quote:
Hey dude, I see you on quite a bit.....
Why don't you ask a question?
Say hello to us or something?
At least, and at the least, Tell me I'm pretty? Come on Fordhipo, at least tell me you think I am pretty...
Part 2..
Quote:
I don't know? I tried to get him to talk last night, but he stood me up.
I guess he doesn't think I am pretty.
Now for closing arguments, both bigthumb and Mr P are truffle haters.Yet they have been seen in The Truffle Bars on numerous occasions. Bigthumbs prints were found all over my stolen reply. and he was the only one at the scene.... I think I have made my case, I not only was justified in but I think, pray, hope that Mr Ps punishment when found guilty by his peers will be to listen to Barry Manilows greatest hits for 24 hours, and Mr Leadman would like to suggest that as a sidebar punishment he be forced to clean the bathroom toilets and urinals at closing every Sat night at The Truffle Bar.

Case closed!

What....I have to work on this tonight? Man I dunno, I have been dealing with something else and haven't even thought about the rebuttal......

What I really mean is ..... at this time I can not locate Mr. Thumbs to return to court.
Last I heard from him he was performing an illegal proctology exam on a seasoned member......wait, um no...sorry, strike that, I didn't mean to say illegal .... I meant to say voluntary .... and as soon as Mr. Thumbsup and willbone3 are done...we will procede....

Re: ContractorTalk Court...:thumbsup:_vs_painterjim

Thanks for allowing the recess:

I would like to start this session by saying thanks to the ContractorTalk Community for their time, and willingness to find justice in this matter. Ladies and Gentleman of the community, obviously you are not bamboozled by painterjims blatant slandering of me. For, I am not on trial here today, I am merely representing Mr. Thumbsup. That man right THERE, a few posts above……no, no,…a couple more…..keep going…no, now you went too far up, come down…not that one the other one with that guy right there…yea...the one picking his nose…HE, known as painterjim, is the one accused of Attempted Smilicide.
Lets begin with my Exhibit A. It is obvious painterjim doesn’t want to address this portion, and the only logical reason being, it’s the actual footage of the crime taking place. You have all witnessed the footage by now, it’s too much for me to bear to watch it again. In this footage with his own words, he attempted to exterminate Mr. Thumbsup. He didn’t try to conceal the fact that he felt Mr. Thumbsup should perish, no, instead he screams, “This smiley must die!” He even takes the extra effort to affix the exclamation point, this shows premeditation. Painterjim had the opportunity to walk away and not use the smiley again, but instead had a bogus trial, to where painterjim was the judge, jury and executioner.

Moving on…. Painterjim accuses Mr. Thumbsup and I of being trufflers, to that I say, HE WISHES. There was this time Mr. Thumbsup and I were seen at a truffle bar, we were there for an entire 22 seconds. Almost as soon as we mistakenly entered the establishment Mr. Thumbsup noticed member willbone3 sitting at a table, which is all it took for us to recognize it was a truffle bar and we exited the establishment immediately. We then went and had drinks at “Melons and Clams Bar and Grill” where I then left Mr. Thumbsup inebriated on the floor with clam juice sliding down his face, which amazingly was still smiling, for good reason. So, yes in all honesty we were seen at a truffle bar. Mr. Thumbsup is not a truffle hater, not anymore…not since his brother Mr. 1eye came out of the closet…from what willbone3 says, his looks are not the only reason to label him one eye.

Painterjim has showed his ability to blatantly lie to this court, saying he can quote properly and in the same quote have things quoted improperly. Should I pause and we all wait for realpurty2 to catch up? No, OK. Painterjim has also proven himself to be a very sadistic person, first with the attempted smilicide, then he asks for me to be mutilated. I hope you see it as I do, painterjim needs to expend at least 120 minutes in the chat room. The irony of this case is poetic, it’s people like painterjim who painted Mr. Thumbsup blue, and also metrosexual people like painterjim who believe they can just go around and kill smiles all day long.

In closing, NO, Mr. Thumbsup thumb print was not on the evidence, you must have seen him earlier in the day and he inadvertently bumped up against your monitor leaving a mark prior to the alleged lost post. But finally, and the most important piece of evidence is THIS! Explain THIS painterjim….this is a picture of Mr. Thumbsup water-skiing while on vaction, using the three year anniversary bonus monies, at the exact time you allege you were posting your imaginary twenty minute reply that for some reason need a thumbsup:
________________________
I;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;.;;;;;I
I......-------...........I..........<----Actual Picture taken at precise time
I_______________ 9/21___ I

ContractorTalk brothers and sisters …. You should now see the true victim is not painterjim, it is indeed . Painterjim needs to be placed in the chatroom for 120 minutes and not allowed to consume any truffles during that time. At this time I would like to rest. (literally)

If painterjim has anything further to say in his defense, please proceed…if not then please proceed to the chat room for 120 minutes….

Side Bar: The One eyed smiley’s name is really 1eye…cracked me up.

Pel... I have uncovered some evidence that painterjim may have perjured himself in his opening statement where he stated that he could not use smileys until he had achieved 10 posts...

However, if you look at his very first post, you will see that he was able to use basicsmiley. By the way, have we seen basicsmiley since this first post by painterjim?

One more thing, Pel, for you to look further into... A deeper read into his first post indicates that he may be a sc "COCK" fan and therefore an undeniable truffler...
