The technician they sent out was 1st class. He ran a new line from the pole to the basement so that the basement office has its own line and the other computers, cable boxes are on another feed even though they are all on the same account.

So the Home office is not slowed down by the houses cable or internet activities.

Amazing what happens when you are nice and engage people in pleasant conversation
