Buying A Foreclosed Home - Many Emotions

Talk about going through the full range of emotions, happy/ upbeat because the interest rates are good and the prices are good, sad because you go look at houses and some of the people had to just leave their belongings , depressed because alot of these houses need alot of work, scared because the economy is unpredictable. frustrated because alot of the banks are overwelmed with paperwork multiple bids offers approvals to sort out, intrigued because of the tax credit. and then there is the homeowner do it yourself project that makes you go hmmmm.
