Big Trouble In Little China

WOW! Just saw this last night. Best worst movie I've seen in a long time.
Anyone who's seen this (and is young enough to have played arcade games growing up) notice that it seems like the inspiration for a couple of Mortal Kombat characters?

My siblings and I have memorized every word to that movie! It is still a family pass time to spit out quotes over and over again. It is the best worst movie ever.

Hollow? Hollow. **** It!

I saw it with one of my best friend growing up on a date with some girls from school .

They hated the movie and to this day I cant remember the girls names but I remembered every funny line of dialogue of that movie

I absolutely loved the movie as well when it first came out.
Saw in many times on VHS.

Saw it again about a year ago and didn't seem to be as good as I thought.
Best to leave things to memory sometimes.

This starred Kurt Russell right? Kurt kicks ass in fringed moccasin boots.
What about "They Live" with Roddy Piper, or "The Lost Boys" with Jason Patrick? Two of my all time favorites.

Re: Big Trouble In Little China

I met Kurt Russel back in 79 or 80 when he was filming Escape From New York. They shot the chase scene on the Chain of Rocks Bridge which is about 2 minutes from my house. He was eating at the Burger Chef up the road.

During high school, we would always climb under the fence and party it up on the bridge. The production company left all the freaky paintings and what not on the bridge, it proved to be a fun place to party.

Any movie where the hero has a mullet is a good flick.

another favorite of mine from that era is "better off dead" with john cusack. The camaro was sweet.

If you haven't seen that movie, you definitly owe it to yourself to see it. Best one liners ever!
