It's saturday and I just finished a job. I have not been hunting because I'm always getting calls on the wekend and I hate turning down calls. I have not even shot my new Mathews bow I bought last season. Maybe next year.

Bow hunted the second week of bow season, and didn't see a thing, for 3 days.

Went Friday night and got back this afternoon. Yestersday morning I was covered in does, and a button buck. Then a mature fork horn(no brow tines walks in, and in a two buck county with a spread limit(13 inside), or an unbranched(one of each)

The rut should start in a few weeks. Then the big boys will come out to play.

Here is a pic, of the cull buck, from yesterday morning... 12 yards.
