Allergies


Can't seem to get on track, this stuff is killing me what's everyone else take for them? Got a lot of bids to get out and I can't concentrate

Nothing, nothing beats Benadryl and its generics. The stuff doesn't make me sleepy, and completely calms down the histamines that are causing all the problems.

High quality olive oil and lemon juice and or local honey and white vinigar. I'll do a Primatene on the worst days but it can make me a little wired.

Zertec worked the best for me but now they made it non-prescription and they charge a lot for it. It worked really good.
