Worst Buy is not the greatest place for purchases unless you never have warranty issues or plan on visiting the return line.

Wow

That must be where the airport buys the food it serves
No wonder that 2 oz. Char Burger Brownish Goo in between Stale Cardboard Circles and 3 Cold Moist Free-From Fries (free from and taters I guess) costs me $47.50

Good thing I didn't order the Chicken Parm

Re: $1500 Spaghetti Sauce !

We did the demo on a old k-mart quite a while back. The employees would steal stuff and hide it in the drop ceilings. Not sure why they never came back to get it. Then when we would come in to tear the ceiling out small color tv's, CD players, fishing rods and other stuff would drop from the sky. We started out just ripping everything down with the bobcat and ended up looking carefully before we would bring the bobcat in.

It's cool that they will receive a new one from Sony...that's the right outcome. F*** going with Best Buy on that one--they would only give you tons of run around. Guess the publicity is what made Sony help so fast.

Re: $1500 Spaghetti Sauce !

Many years ago I worked in sales at a bldg supply store. We used to sell an artificial brick veneer product for interior use. A customer bought 15 ctns and then later returned it for a refund. Only one carton was inspected then re stocked and put on the shelf.
Later another customer came in and purchased 10 ctns for a weekend project. The following Mon morn he returned to the store in a rage! It seems the original customer had returned 15 ctns of " driveway slate" with only the top layer of ea ctn containing the brick veneer!

Talk about embarrassing.
The problem was corrected and the customer was compensated for his unfortunate transaction.

The ironic thing is the first guy got free brick and a couple hundred bucks back.

I learned from then on to always inspect before I leave the store.

Re: $1500 Spaghetti Sauce !

Something like this happened to my husband at best buy. He went and bought a program for the computer that was around $200. When he got home and opened it, the CD was not there. He took it back and they told him flat out he was lieing he was sooooooooooo mad. He demanded a new one they went and got one and opened it that one also was missing. Every single package they had was missing the CD. Needless to say Best Buy was looking pretty dumb. I HATE best buy always have always will.
