Re: Removing Glue After Pulling Paper Is Easy!
If you will be painting after removing wallpaper....always....ALWAYS use oil primer. Latex primer just wont do it. If theres any glue residue left ( sometimes it's absorbed into the drywall and you cant see it ) the water in the latex primer/paint can re-activate the glue causing the paint to crack, check or flake. Doesent always happen, but better safe than sorry. After the oil prime, its safe to topcoat with latex.
