Re: Pricing Out Hanging Wallpaper

I Worked In San Francisco And I Now Live In Detroit And It Was/is More Or Less The Same Rate.a Good Tradesman Can Hang 100 Yards In An 8 Hour Day.that Is Roughly Two Hotel Rooms.if You Are Pricing Out A Whole Hotel Say 6 Or 7 Thousand Yards Then Your Price Could Drop By 50cents Or So.same As If You Are Only Hanging 100 Yards Your Price Could Be Maybe $6 To Cover The Hassle Of Setting Up Your Machine.

I would say 200 yds is doable, if its as you say: no ceiling, no base, no frames, just hang and bust seams. Plus, I'd assume a helper would be pulling sheets off the machine, and cleaning up behind the hanger. You'd still be busting your ass to do it. I don't think I'd call it 'the norm', but more likely one of the fastest hangers around. His shoulders will be toast in 10 yrs or less.
