How long have you been a realtor? About how many units move in the typical year? What happened to the last paper hanger?

not a realator but works for one who does sales of only luxury homes and a mortage guy, both just hires me to find persons to do the work and i have realise the best thing to do is to sub the work out, you might end up paying more but you get a faster and better job and dont have to micro manage. we have so much roles of paper we are tring to get rid of so we decide every house we fix up two rooms will be wall papered, we are looking to do atleast 1 house every 2-3 months

To be dangling a carrot with paper given to you, someone must have given very much roles of paper to you.

How many belief this legit. Again, just curious. Not interested at all. No offense, but the middle of this post flows smoothly. But it falls back to Charlie Chan like english. Again, not being mean. Kind of get the feeling that someone is having fun.

Sorry, I tried to delete this as it is not necessary. No luck deleting.

Painted and papered 7 homes in celebration, for decent numbers i'll do the 17 hour drive and have it done on a saturday. No kidding.

Hmm, What happened to the bathroom>? lol...Anyhow , homes in that area in/out painting not including wallcoverings averaged us 12-15k for in and out paint work. Just an FYI.
