I saw the masters at work yesterday!

I had the chance to go out to West Virginia yesterday and see ProWallGuy and some of his friends hang a huge digital mural in a casino.
They were working on the ceiling when I got there.

Very cool stuff! I'm sure Tim will post pictures later but it is very impressive

Quit now, you'll make me blush.
It couldn't have happened without the two stellar hangers from South Jersey, and the 2 lovely ladies that helped us. And to be honest, it kicked my a$$. I literally feel like I got thrown to the ground and had the ***** kicked out of me. In fact, it hurt so bad, I couldn't even make the drive home in one shot. I'm holed up in a hotel in Dayton for the night. The things I do to make a buck is scary.

Pictures will be a bit later, I was taking 35mm, and need to get them developed first. We also took some short videos, maybe we can figure out how to post one here.

Here's a quick teaser, we are preparing to set the first piece in place on the ceiling.

Dude, this is probably way too late, but I gotta tell you
My sis did the com/res cleaning thing for a while
If you ever had a talk with her about it, you would never sit/lay on a motel comforter ever again
....they don't have to wash those you know....just the sheets

Sorry, the wife just called me out on it. It was a crab fest, not clams. I claim ignorance, I don't eat seafood.

And if you notice, I was just sitting on the spread, not laying on it. I usually strip them off before I climb between the sheets.

You don''t have to hang to be able to hang with the boys on jobs like this. We welcome any spectators that wish to check it out. We got another one coming up sometime later this year in PA.

Pro, we don't eat crabs unless they're at least 8" point to point, 11"+ is better.

What kind of poker are you playing? I don't see any money on the table.

Whether they are 8" or 8', I won't eat them.

You do these casino jobs all over the country? How did you become the "goto" guy for casinos? Do you advertise directly to reservations that may start up casinos?

Tim, Let me ask you this, how in the world did you run these sheets through a machine, ( if you did) they appearer to be, what 30,40,50 feet long?
I am really sorry to have missed this event for the second time but, what can I say,I kind of need to work to pay the bills as I am sure you all know.

Well, I don't know how much help I was, but I sure learned a lot: like, don't let Tim eat the Chicken BBQ sandwich for lunch...:laughing

Nathan, it was great to meet you!
