Wet Walls In An Old House
I'm working on an old house (100+ years) in Philadelphia. The walls under and arouind the windows are plaster on brick; the exterior is stucco on brick. The roof was recently redone. The windows are replacements, probably 5-10 years old; the exterior is capped and recently caulked; a masonry water sealer was recently applied to the stucco.
The problem is that the plaster and compound (applied as a repair) continues to bubble and flake due to moisture. The problem is at two first floor windows---none of the others are affected; no problems on the second and third floors; no evidence of water on walls... Any insights? |

Re: Wet Walls In An Old House
Good pictures would save lots of bad
guess work. There are way to many questions, and most would be answered with one peek.
