Water Seeping Up Thru Rough In Plumbing

I have a finished basement (finished 7 yrs. ago). The rough-in plumbing was capped and covered to relocate. I now am getting a significant amount of water seeping up thru the concrete patches (3 areas). There is no foul sewage smell. Has anyone ever heard of this and what is the repair solution? Thanks

If your a homeowner and not a contractor go to the DIY site and someone will help you with how to apply.
