Tired But Not Dead???

I do a fair bit of water damage restoration and "fix up for sale" work. Here is a great way to salvage a varnished finish that is tired but not dead. Today my customer dragged out the base moldings removed by the remediation guys.YUCK! Splattered with slop, floor sweeping and crud. You've seen this a million times. Last bit before the pay check on a Friday. No problem."get the WIPE ON POLLY and a rag!" 10 minutes later the molding looked better than the rest of the room.job done. If any of you have not used this, try it out, just clean the wood with thinner and then wipe on the poly,DO A SMALL SPOT FIRST! It'll lift lacquer! This stuff has made me money over the years,I hope it'll work for you too. MIKE Works like a charm on vanities, hand rails and doors.M.
