Software for Managing Operations for Remodeling

What software do you use to manage all your open Jobs and work crew? i am trying to use Marketsharp's way of doing but it is too smile.

honestly if you dont know whats going on then the software won't.
Just hire someone to do that job. This is a hands on field.
