new products from my distributer

I was emailed links to these new products from my distributer today and was wondering if anyone else has used them - and if so - what your thoughts are on them.

I am trying to keep an open mind on new technology but really don't understand it all especialy the CarbonicHeat

carbonicheat.com

innergwindows.com

paragonplasticsheet.com

The carbonic heat looks interesting. I'm going to look into that product.

I had lunch with the distributer today and he didn't know much about it yet. I would be interested in hearing about what you learn.

He did tell me that there were nail strips embeded in the carbon fiber and that if one section went out you only replace that section.

The paragon plastic sheets were geared toward agricultural barns because they hold up against rust so much better than steel.

He also said that the window covers were high quality acrylic and much better than plexiglass.

Thanks,

Jesse

wow i just clicked on this post and it really took me back. the innerwindows or at least the theory itself is not new. 20 yrs ago we used to sell fabricate and install plaskolite interior storms also held in place with a pressure sensative magnetic strip. built hundreds of em and they worked very well. i remember the minimun orders we had to place for acrylic, frames, stripping and cleaner. i'll guarntee you'd have to sell the crap out of them to make it work
