Need Help Estimating A Remodel

adding a full kitchen in a finished basement. its about 200 sq. ft . puting down 250 sq. ft. of tile, riping up carpet in the area knocking down a closet wall runing all the utilities drain, water supply, gas, electrical,, 3 18 x 30 x 12 wall cabinets, sink base, 18" base, stove and range, 2 21" base, 2 24" base, and a 36 x 36 x 24 lasy susan base with countertops, all cabinents have to be assembaled first then installed. base trim and other trim, and sink and faucet. any help would be appreciated

And what is it that you were looking for help with? You don't actually expect anyone to tell you what the whole job is worth, do you?

I could "Bip" this at about $10K, then add from there as Bippy does.

Fixed are gas, elecs., plumbing, etc. From there on it's up to the HO. Depending on them, you could easily put in $130K (last in home pool hall).
