Gutter Job Hours

Hi was wondering how long it would take for you to do this job, I have not done gutters in a long time but may have one possibly coming up and was wondering how much time would be into this job, thanks, here are the specs: 276 ft of gutters, 2 story apartment building 52’ run on the sides and 86’ run on back and front.

What type and size of gutters? Walkable roof? Access on all 4 sides for ladders? 2 guys would have this job done in less than a day assuming it's a walkable roof and not knowing more details.

Yes flat roof, would plan on installing them from the roof, 5" gutters. Thanks

couple hours at the most for my guys I cant believe how fast they are sometimes.
