Estimating Spouting?
I need to know your suggestions for estimating aluminum gutter replacement on a one story ranch home? Would you recommend per foot or by the job?

Re: Estimating Spouting?
I guess I might not be totally following you, but this is how I do it. I look at every single job on an individual basis, no phone bids or estimates at homeshows without actually seeing the house. Even with gutters there are factors to consider that are unique to each individual job. When looking at the house I measure the lineal feet of gutter and downspout and figure the price by that, but also factor in items lkie height of house, miters, endcaps needed, and difficulty of terrain. I then give the customer a bid for the total price of the job
