Carpet Interference
I am installing a new wall and french doors in a newer home. The carpet is existing and needs to stay in the doorway. My question is, what is the best way to remove what carpet I need to for the bottom plates while keeping the carpet taught to the new wall, it doesn't seem like a good idea to leave the carpet under the bottom plate, but maybe its no big deal. Help me out on this one.
