Bath To Shower Change Out.

I was contacted today from a previous client.

The client wants a bathroom remodel done. I don’t work on trailers at all most of the time. The trailer comes equipped with a clam shell tub.

Client wants to put a shower in the bathroom. I can handle this job with my hands tied behind my back. I just want to know what other alternatives are there as far as plumbing reroute etc? I assume it will all be the same just raise it up in the wall to compensate for height right? I know this has to be done in all cases but the deal is the woman will be in a bath chair. HANDICAPPED

Also what are you getting for bathroom remodel a sqft finish out?

Any special clauses I might want to add my existing contract for this one case due to the client being handicapped?

I have done wheel chair on several occasions.

Figure out yourprofit and overhead then multiply that by how many days to complete job then add for materials. Done.

Re: Bath To Shower Change Out.

so are you replacing a tub with a 5 ft shower? is a clam shell tub a corner tub? a possible repacment is a onyx base wall combination usually availiable as custom or standard sizes. pull the tub, replace the valve, relocate drain if necessary, and finish accordingly. don't forget solid backing for grab bars! if this is a handicap shower i try really hard not to set a door as they try to use them as a grab bar which they are not. too many variables to hang a sq ft number on baths, simple to figure matls/labor and add your multiplier. gud luk
