Thats Lake Forest. They will give the HOMEOWNER, (not you) new siding, and around $100-140/sq for the homeowner to pay someone to have it replaced.

Homeowner has a house with 30 sq of bad siding

They file a claim

They get a voucher that entitles them to 30 sq of mastic Quest siding, and any other corners and J that were affected, which they can redeem anywhere the product is sold.

They also get a check for aprox. $100-140 per square that they can use to pay someone to replace the siding. Most companies are going to charge more than $100-$140 so the homeowner needs to chip in usually.

This is pretty good considering the install is 18 years old and the product is no longer made so they give you Quest a product that is a much higher quality
