I don't have all the particulars other than the house is 2 story around 3,000 -3200 sqft. Any ideas or questions you ask HO? Do you usually recommend a typical room size suggestion? What do you normally show the HO on the 1st appointment? Based on my past experience people generally don't have a clue how much things cost today. I'm open to your thoughts and ideas.
