Your Screen Resolution?

We had one of these a couple years ago, I am curious now as to what everyone is using.

If you have multiple computers with different resolutions, you can click more then one.

Re: Your Screen Resolution?

I want a new video card, my 1680 x 1050 still isn't enough. The Radeon HD 4850 has a max resolution of 2560 x 1600. Then I can get a huge monitor, about a 27 inch and see way more on it. I'd want a full tower for it though, the new high end video cards get extremely hot, so I hear.

I am using the 50 inch Sony LCD TV in my living room as my monitor.

At first it was like 'wow'

Now when I use an actual monitor its like, damn this is too small...

If you have the connections on your video card, and an LCD TV I suggest you try it. However a word of warning; use your TV's native Resolution which can be found online under specifications. Using non native resolutions over any length of time, can cause serious damage to your display (or so I have been told).

Re: Your Screen Resolution?

I can go as high as 1920 x 1200 but keep it set at 1280 x 768, with a 17" widesceen laptop the icons and letters are to small to read comfortably.

You do know you can adjust all that by the way.
