Most of the time the FIRST time you load it, you'll get a slower speed than the SECOND time you load it.... do it a few times to get an average time.

Tried the tool and it worked ok but the info is not very well explained. Here is another tool that works very well and has tons of info along with a description of everything you need to know in plain english.

This report gives you a breakdown of load times on different modems, css file size, css image request & size, scripts, frames and a lot more. Everyone with a website should checkout this tool so they can see what is happening with their site. You may be suprised what you find.
